How to place your order |

On the first webpage (and every subsequent page) you will see our menu of products clearly labelled down the left menu and also along the top of the page.
Choose your product from this menu’s by clicking on the relevant button. For information on how to supply your artwork or our FAQs, use the Guides tab at the end of the top menu. |

Once you have selected your product, You now need to choose your printing options.
If you are uploading a file for us to print directly from , select the YES option, if you require help designing your file or have amends to an existing file then you need to select NO option, You will notice a charge for the design is now added to your shopping cart.
Now you need to choose your turnaround (this is the speed at which we print and despatch your order) - you can see the delivery date for each of the 3 turnarounds we offer, simply choose the one that suits your deadline best. Obviously the quicker we deliver, the higher the price. (Please note that if you have chosen for us to create your design you will need to allow 3-4 working days for your initial design proof to be emailed over, obviously your print turnaround will not start until we have received approval of your proof, so be sure to allow sufficient time for the design)
Note : If you are ordering more than one product please be sure to choose the same turnaround for each product as we will only deliver all items on the latest date chosen. |

Once you have chosen your print options, a table of prices will appear.
The price table will show different paper types across the top and your quantities down the left side. Simply click on the price' for the quantity and paper type that you are looking for.
The yellow bars indicate Digitally printed products while the grey bars indicate Litho printed products. More information on these two processes of print can be found on our FAQ page. |

You will now be directed to your shopping basket where you can check your order and price, then select your delivery service, we offer a range of services to suit your needs. Click the 'Proceed to Checkout' button when you are ready to proceed with your order. |

You now need to complete your personal details such as name, company name (if applicable) email, billing address, etc.
You can also state a different delivery address, if you do, we will ensure your order is plain wrapped (with no mention of our company details) in case you are a reseller and we are delivering to your client direct.
When you have completed your details, you will need to enter the name of your file (i.e. Bill Bloggs A5 Leaflet) and agree to our terms and conditions.
Finally you will be taken to STRIPE's payment gateway, this is fully secure and one of the largest payment gateways in the world. Simply complete all your details and click PAY. If your order is over £750 we offer the facility to pay by BACS - to do this please contact us with your order number.

Once you have placed your order and completed your payment you will be directed to this web page.
Here you will need to select the product you have ordered (or the first product if you have ordered multiple items).
If you have paid for our design service, click the I've paid for design service where you will be taken to a design brief form for you to complete; a proof will then be emailed to you within 3-4 working days.
Once you have chosen you will be taken to the next step - depending on the product chosen, a different uploader will be shown.

For Banner orders, check your file meets the requirement on the upload page shown above. Simply enter your invoice number (prefixed with RC..) and your Product code (you will find this on your invoice/ order confirmation that looks like this; 'BANNER1X5_5DAY') in the boxes shown. Enter your email then upload your file(s) either as separate pages or as a multiple page .PDF. If you have several files to upload, simply hold the CTRL key to choose more than one file when browsing on a PC.
Upon receipt of these files we create a proof manually and email it to you for your approval. Once approved we can start the clock on your turnaround. |

Enter your email then upload your file(s) either as separate pages or as a multiple page .PDF. If you have several files to upload, simply hold the CTRL key to choose more than one file when browsing on a PC.
Upon receipt of these files we create a proof manually and email it to you for your approval. Once approved we can start the clock on your turnaround. |
Custom/ bespoke order uploader |

For Bespoke orders, check your file meets the requirement on the upload page shown above. Simply enter your invoice number (prefixed with RC..) and your Product code (you will find this on your invoice/ order confirmation that looks like this; '250-DL-DS-130-G-5DAY') in the boxes shown. Enter your email then upload your file(s) either as separate pages or as a multiple page .PDF. If you have several files to upload, simply hold the CTRL key to choose more than one file when browsing on a PC.
Upon receipt of these files we create a proof manually and email it to you for your approval. Once approved we can start the clock on your turnaround. |
Flyers, Folded Leaflets, Posters, Stickers, Business Cards, Letterheads/Comp Slips, Roll-up Banners and NCRs |

Select the size you have ordered from the drop down, choose if your design is portrait or
landscape and upload your file. (If you are ordering a double sided product you will upload side one first and then side 2 at the next step - unless you have a 2 page PDF document containing the front and back, in this case the 2 page file can be uploaded containing both sides of your design and you can ignore the second side upload prompt). |

Next you will see a preview of your image, it should fit to the black line which is the edge of your printed product. If your image doesn't fill the sheet then you will need to ensure it does, you can click the 'crop' tool, you will then drag the corner handles to the edge of your design and click OK when you are happy.
Now you can actually stretch your image to fill the sheet to the edge, just drag the handles again to the black edge line and you should see your image fill the area. Click the 'Video guide' if you have any issues. |

If you have two separate sides to upload for a double sided order, you will now get the opportunity to upload your second sides and repeat the previous step to preview it.
Please be aware that if you have only ordered SINGLE SIDED and upload a second side, it will be ignored by our software, even if you approve it. |

On the final screen you will see your images as they will be print. It is important at this point that you check carefully that what you can see on screen is what will be printed (Especially if you see crop marks showing). Simply complete your Invoice number (starts with RC..) and Product code (you will find this on your invoice/order confirmation that looks like this; '100-A5-SS-130-G-SD') in the boxes shown before clicking the APPROVE and PRINT button.
Your file will now go straight to print through our automated workflow, no changes can be made to orders after approval. |

You will then see a confirmation that your file(s) have been sent to us. At this point you have the option to upload further files (if you have ordered multiple products) - being sure to enter the Product codes so our system will recognise which file corresponds to which order. |
