Proofing Guide

We’ve developed our own intelligent file uploading and proofing software to make online print ordering faster, simpler, and more reliable — no matter what file type you upload.

How our proofing system works

Once you’ve placed your order and completed payment, you’ll be taken to our file upload page.

Here, you’ll select the product you’ve ordered — or the first product if your order contains multiple items.

If you’ve paid for our design service

Select “I’ve paid for design service” and complete the design brief form.

One of our designers will create a proof and email it to you within 3–4 working days.

Uploading standard print products

For products such as:

Flyers & folded leaflets
Posters
Stickers
Business cards
Letterheads & compliment slips
Roll-up banners
NCR pads

You’ll be guided through a step-by-step uploader tailored to your product.

Select the size you ordered, choose portrait or landscape, and upload your file.

For double-sided products, you’ll upload side one first and side two at the next step — unless you’re using a two-page PDF, which can be uploaded in one go.

Previewing your artwork

After uploading, you’ll see a live on-screen preview of your artwork.

The black outline represents the final trimmed size of your product. Your design should extend fully to this line.

If your artwork doesn’t fill the area, use the crop and resize tools to adjust it until it fits correctly.

Double-sided products

If your order is double-sided and you upload two separate files, you’ll preview and approve each side individually.

Important: If you order a single-sided product but upload a second side, it will be ignored — even if you approve it.

Final approval & printing

On the final screen, you’ll see exactly how your artwork will print.

Carefully check:

Spelling and content
Image placement
Trim and crop marks (if visible)

Enter your invoice number and product code (found on your order confirmation), then click Approve & Print.

Once approved, your file enters our automated production workflow and no changes can be made.
