File Assist Service £8.95 (per file)

Our File Assist service is ideal for customers without a graphic design background.

Rather than your file entering our automated workflow immediately, a member of our team will carry out a manual check.

We can:

• ✔ Check artwork size
• ✔ Ensure text appears legible
• ✔ Add bleed where possible
• ✔ Upload files on your behalf if needed
• ✔ Notify you if the wrong product size has been ordered

Please note:

File Assist does not include:

• ✖ Proofreading content
• ✖ Checking spelling or grammar
• ✖ Verifying QR codes
• ✖ Full image resolution checks
• ✖ Checking page orientation
• ✖ Fold accuracy validation
• ✖ Content accuracy checks
• ✖ Checking that text does not go off the edge

File Assist is charged per file, per check.

If you are ordering multiple products, you will need File Assist for each product. If you only pay for one File Assist, we will only check the first product.

This option covers any product except booklets or brochures. For those products, please choose the Booklets File Assist service below.

If, after we have checked your files, you would like us to check new or updated files, you will need to purchase File Assist again.

File Assist (Booklets) Service £15.00

We also offer a 'File Assist' for our Booklets and Brochures, which includes all of the proofing mentioned above but will also resize your pages , and ensure you have the correct number of pages in the correct order. If the number of pages are incorrect, we will contact you and recommend your options. If you have a booklet order you should opt for this option and NOT the File assist shown above.
